The MindSafe process strengthens the organisations capacity to comply with regulations in regards to a safe system of work for Psychosocial Hazards.
As the person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU), it is your responsibility to provide a safe and healthy workplace, as far as is reasonably practicable, for your workers.
To meet your health and safety obligations you should continually review your workplace for psychosocial hazards and ensure you are doing everything reasonably practicable to minimise risk in the workplace. Engaging your working in a consultation review is part of this process.
How the Process Work?
The MindSafe process carries out assessments within your organisation. Our clients that engage with our method, are currently averaging a 94% participation rate.
Following the assessment, we then engage with your team in consultation.
Once all the data has been collected and analysed, we upload it on your very own MindSafe interactive dashboard.
We will arrange a debrief session with your leadership team and submit a report with our findings.
The MindSafe assessment is carried out on at least a quarterly basis, with consultations at least every 6 months.
